CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY

The Center for Leadership & Executive Development requires a 14-day notice if a participant wishes to cancel enrollment in a program. This will ensure that a full refund is returned to the participant.

If a participant is within the 14-day period he/she still has the opportunity to substitute another individual for that program.
