A Success Story:

As a result of their participation in the "Strategies to Create Top-Line Growth" program, one partner organization made the decision to retain the services of Ram Charan to help them develop a strategy to accelerate growth. Dr. Charan worked directly with their executive leadership team to craft the strategy and internal message. Global training sessions were conducted to educate employees on their role in creating growth. This project helped the company focus its efforts and foster a culture of growth. Senior management said that participating with Ram Charan in this Center program made the effort possible and helped the company to be better prepared to successfully navigate the recent economic downturn.
